Over the years I have taken a hobby and turned it into a professional working knowledge of Audio Production. I have worked alongside industry professionals as they taught me sound theories and various approaches. I have worked in live and recording applications and have gained lots of experience in these felids. Along the way I have worked with a number of different systems and equipment. I have gained experience to be able to walk up to any console and start mixing.
I am a video guy. But in order to be good at videos I have to also have a good working knowledge of graphic design. I have learned a large array of design programs (photoshop, illustrator) and am able to create basic graphics from scratch. Most importantly my knowledge allows me to understand 2D designs and convert them into 3D animated designs in my videos. Sure, I can function as a graphic designer, but I rather let others do the designing and let me bring the designs to life.
It all started in high-school with a Videotronics Digital Mixer, Adobe Premiere, and a Cannon GL1. I knew nothing. But almost ten years down I can safely say that I have learned a few things. I have worked on videos ranging from live sports action to controlled studios. I have a working knowledge of industry standard equipment and programs. If I dont know something, I am quick to learn it. I am able to work in fast pace, high demand jobs. With every video my goal is to capture and share the story that connects us all.
